Dearest Priyamvada, you are an angel for me. This day 15th April has transformed my life forever. I have learnt the greatest lesson of my life which is to love myself. This I thought was never possible I felt only if others loved me could I love myself but now I know I love myself and thats all that matters. God bless you.

I had done the 2- Day HYL workshop with Priyamvada and found it very transformative and I wanted my daughter Mitali to experience the same. Mitali had a lot of anxiety issues, issues with confidence and self esteem, doing these HYL sessions with you has helped her tremendously. She is able to manage her emotions better and has calmed down a lot. I am sure she will deal with future emotional ups and downs much better.

I was insecure, anxious, angry and sad. When the first of our 10 sessions started I wasn’t at peace in my heart and mind but after a few sessions I started to feel calm, confident, open to learn new ways to love myself. I realised as long as I love myself I don’t need anyone else to love me. I started to feel like i was me and not like someone trapped in a cage. So I am thankful and grateful for your sessions.
